Terms and Conditions of Orders

We apologize if this policy is an inconvenience, however we have a small staff and do to the heavy volume of orders and bogus information being provided we are now forced to institute the following policy concerning parts orders.

At G & R Imports we seek to provide the best service possible for our customers. In order to do this we are prioritizing all orders. The order of priority will be as follows:

1.  By date submitted with ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION on the order request form ACCURATELY completed;

2.  Next we will then attempt to complete any orders submitted with incomplete information, however if we cannot determine with certainty what the proper part is based on the information provided we will not complete the order.  We will send you an email (as long as you have provided an address) to inform you that your order has been canceled.  We will NOT contact you by phone to chase down information that is not on an order form.  Once an order is canceled you must submit a new order via our website.
